H006 TWIN WALL SYSTEM CHIMNEY COURSE
Target Audience
The primary purpose of this course is to provide training for the installation and testing of twin wall rigid system chimneys in residential properties. The course covers internal and external installations. In addition, the course also covers system chimney design principles and methods.
Pre Requisites
- HETAS H003 Dry Appliance Installer or HETAS H005DE Biomass Appliance Installer
Course Content
- Design and safe installation of internal and external system chimneys
- System components and their installation in relation to the various elements of a domestic structure
- Building regulations and European standards
- Fault diagnosis and solution finding
