Important Update: Specflue Loyalty Scheme Closure

The Specflue Loyalty Scheme will close on 31st May 2025. After this date, no further points will be accrued.

Good news – you can still redeem any existing points by contacting Specflue directly until 1st June 2027.

Looking Ahead: Introducing the NCA Loyalty Scheme

From 1st June 2025, loyalty rewards will be offered exclusively through the National Chimney Academy (NCA).

Under the new scheme:

• Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on training.
• Redeem points for discounts on future courses – or online store vouchers (coming soon).
• Manage everything through your NCA account with no extra admin.
