LEAD FLASHINGS

Wherever a chimney system or vent penetrates through a deep profiled or pantiled roof, a lead flashing is the best option to provide a weather tight joint. Our range of lead flashings can be used on tiled and slate roofs. Various diameters and angles are available with the option of specials to order. A storm collar is required to maintain a weather tight resistant seal between the pipe and the flashing.

ALUMINIUM FLASHINGS

Use to weather proof the penetration of a vent or chimney system through a flat or angled roof. They are manufactured in rigid aluminium and a storm collar is required to maintain a weather tight resistant seal between the pipe and the flashing.

RUBBER FLASHINGS

Our range of Masterflash rubber flashings are designed to provide a weather tight joint. Sealing tightly with sealant and almost any type of fastener, the flexible base is virtually compatible with any roofing material -- metal, plastic, asphalt, tile, rubber membrane, and more. The stepped-cone design makes Masterflash easily adaptable to most roof pitches. They are available to suit flue sizes from 90mm to 660mm diameters.

RES UNI FLASHINGS

The Res Uni Flashings are made using an "Environmentally Safe" Lead free metal base. The stepped-cone design and built-in 20 degree angle makes the flashing easily adaptable to almost any roof pitch up to 45∞. The pull-tab design and easy smooth tear groove is intended to eliminate razor knives and allow for a circular hole. Clearly marked designation of pipe diameter takes the guess work out of sizing.
