Specflue Launches Service Enhancements
Specflue has boosted its service offering significantly by improving its order cut-off deadline for next-day delivery and introducing a loyalty programme.
Ian Sams, commercial director at Specflue, said: “A recent customer survey we conducted revealed that 98.5% of businesses said that the Specflue next-day service met the needs and expectations of their business.
“With regards to the overall service, 77.1% rated us as excellent compared to 60.8% in a similar survey carried out in 2014. While we are delighted with the results, we refuse to rest on our laurels. We are already working on a number of exciting service and product developments as a result of customer feedback.”
With continued investment in its logistics capability, Specflue has extended the order cut off time for next-day delivery from 4.00pm to 5.00pm in England and Wales and from 2.30pm to 4.00pm in Scotland.
The new loyalty programme, meanwhile, is aimed at domestic installers who place repeat orders. To recognise this, Specflue has introduced a programme where customers are awarded points for every pound they spend with the company, with extra bonuses along the way.
Mr Sams added: “Points can be exchange for products, training courses or ‘love2shop’ vouchers accepted by over 20,000 stores, restaurants and attractions, so keep an eye on your inbox for details of the programme.”
