Sep 2009: Moving in the right direction...

In 1992 Specflue was formed in Sudbury, Suffolk distributing flue regionally. Since then we have gone from strength to strength, building our business on the highest levels of customer service, quality products and a reliable and efficient distribution centre. We are now the UK’s favourite flue supplier but we know we can do more. Our vision has always been to deliver flue products, country wide on a free next day delivery on our own vehicles. For us to realise this vision, we must expand into other areas of the country with regional distribution centres. The first area we are moving into is the South West region and we want you to know that as you have received this letter, it will directly affect you.

Within 6 months we will have a fully stocked and operational warehouse in the South West, along with a fleet of our own vehicles. Once we are fully up and running, we will also build into our new site a full training centre, where we will run HETAS and twin wall training courses with new focused training programmes, similar to our Sudbury office.

From early 2010, all customers in the south west region can receive all their flue supplies from Specflue on a FREE next day delivery on our own vehicles. We currently supply your orders next day on third party carriers. However, we feel that the carriers cannot match our personal level of service: drivers who you can talk with and call en route; who will help you off-load your stock and know your delivery requirements; able to give you a genuine estimated time of arrival and assurance that your order will arrive in perfect condition.
