June 10: Price increases held!As many of you should now be aware, steel prices have dramatically risen, meaning your solid fuel flue product prices may have taken a steep curve upwards suddenly. Almost all of the National flue suppliers have now issued their increases, and in true form, Specflue have invested in hedging the product, meaning we can continue to sell the same products at the same price. This will last to at least the end of August, but as always we will give at least 30 days notice before any price increases to you. You now have an opportunity to keep your costs down and maximise profits over the summer. Specflue have always invested back into the company to allow us to give you more value, and this is another industry leading initiative to help all our loyal customers. June 10: World Cup PromotionOn June 11th this year, England once again will be competing in the largest Football event in the world. To help you support our team, we are giving away FREE OFFICIAL England football shirts. Every day over the entire World Cup schedule, we will be picking 3 random customers from the hat. The entries will be made up of all the customers who placed an order that same day. The daily winners will be contacted the same day and told the good news, along with confirming the shirt size required. So to be in with your chance of winning an official England Shirt, simply place your order and keep your fingers crossed. We are only giving one shirt to each customer to ensure everyone has an equal and fair opportunity to win. The more orders you place over the World Cup – the more chance you have of winning! For Wales and Scotland customers we have an amount of National official shirts also, so if you can’t support your team this time, you have something for the next match! May 10: NACS TV WinnerEarly in April the Specflue team held a stand at the NACS show in Hinckley. We ran several special promotions along with displaying some new product. We also ran the successful ‘spot the error’ competition from the 2009 Hearth and Home show. The visitors were queuing to have their chance at winning the LCD TV on offer for the most correct answers. This years successful winner was Paul Ross from Chimney Sweeps Ltd. He got 15 questions right, and was chuffed to walk away with a new television!
